Product return

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Starbay may, where possible, arrange for the collection of returned products directly from the customer. Products must be returned in their original packaging (the pallet being considered part of the packaging) and in perfect condition. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, broken, deteriorated, or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The refund will be made within 30 days to the customer’s bank account after receipt and verification of the product’s condition.
When Starbay items are delivered to a third party designated by the customer, the right to cancel the contract under this article may not be exercised by the customer and can under no circumstances be exercised by the third party.
Bespoke Starbay items or standard Starbay items that have been customized to client’s demand are not concerned by the right of withdrawal.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, Starbay does not offer a right of withdrawal. No return will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error attributable to Starbay.

Procédure du retour produit :

  • Access your order history from your account.
  • Select the order containing the product to be returned.
  • Select the product(s) to be returned by ticking the box next to their name(s).
  • Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if several quantities of the same product are to be returned).
  • Add an explanation (in the "Returned goods" section), so that you understand why the order is being returned.
  • Once you have completed this form, click on "Return a product". It will appear with the words "Awaiting confirmation" on the "Product returns" page of the account.
